Of course they (The Police)decided to apoligise when the Statement of claim was filed into court and they realised that they were trapped with their own lies. The Police said that if Carole Lymburn’s case got into court it would open up a can of worms with the public because they would have a swarm of claims from other people they had framed.
Inspector Rob Marshall drafted the apology and stated that Carole Lymburn was entitled to some level of compensation according to his letter to her. When she later pursues this compensation offer he shuts her down with more lies that she is now not entitled to it. What a liar.
He has no integrity , goes back on his word and I suggest that no one should ever trust anything he ever says.
This is why she continued to fight them because they were all lying to cover each other up and they all needed to be taught a lesson and prosecuted and humiliated just like the way they humiliate and prosecute
honest people.
