Brent Mathieson finally being punished.

‘When Carole Lymburn (my mother)was dying in Auckland Hospital she said to me the week before she passed away that she had been sitting in the chair thinking and “concentrating” on all the people who had made her life a misery especially “Mathieson”, and that “God would put his hand on them all and punish them.” She quoted the Bible and said “Revenge will be mine said the Lord”. She died on the 20th April 2009 and we were at her bedside.

Her prayer has certainly been answered and I rejoiced when I finally saw by chance on the Internet that he (B.A. Mathieson) had sustained all those injuries throwing his weight around in some Apartment Block.

B.A.Mathieson Constable 6172 manufactured a dossier of lies on 12.12.90 in his report to his Senior Sergeant at Ponsonby about my mother that she was a” diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic” and that he had spoken to her doctor and he also wrote that “Her son Anthony does not appear very more rational than she.” His intent was to set about destroying both our reputations and our lives.His intent was nothing short of evil. Little did he know that he would be caught out by his own lies and we would get custody of his report using the Privacy Act of 1993 .

A Lawyer’s letter was dispatched to B.A. Mathieson by Woodroffe & Keil Barristers to the NZ Police P.O. Box 6140 Wellesley Street Auckland on the 9th October 1998 challenging Mathieson’s report as being defamatory but no response was ever received to that letter by Mathieson nor was it ever returned unclaimed.

When my mother finally managed to file her Statement of Claim into the High Court in 2005 after spending thousands of dollars Mathieson had disappeared from the Police Department like a rat into hiding. The Police (Rob Marshall) kept saying to us that they did not know where he was. Another Liar.

She went on to sue The Crown who became the defendent.

I hope and pray Mathieson suffers every day till the day he dies, just like the suffering he and his bully mates imposed on my mother . They are all cowards. Seeing them all get punished will be my reward in life.

This account is just the beginning of how “rational” I can be.

At least I am not a liar or a coward.
